Introducing our new Investment Manager; Ron de Koning.

We are thrilled to welcome Ron de Koning to our team as our new Investment Manager. With his upbringing between the flowers as a son of a cultivator and his background in banking and investments, Ron brings great experience and expertise to our organisation.

Education: Ron earned his MSc in Finance & Investments from Erasmus University and additionally completed an exchange semester at the Graduate School of Management in Saint Petersburg, demonstrating his international orientation and adaptability.

Professional Experience: Prior to joining us, Ron worked at Value Enhancement Partners (VEP) in Amsterdam, a hands-on PE fund where he was actively involved in managing portfolio companies and executing leveraged buyouts. His career began at ING in Amsterdam, where he rotated through various departments, before gaining valuable experience in the leveraged finance department. These diverse experiences have endowed Ron with solid knowledge in financial modeling, business analysis, and deal structuring.
